Michael Mosher

Michael Mosher joined The University of Mississippi in July of 2018 and serves as Associate Director in the Office of Technology Commercialization. Through this role, Michael has the opportunity to work directly with University faculty, staff & students, companies/industry, state and federal organizations, and the surrounding community as a whole. Michael completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Psychology from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, and went on to receive a JD from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Upon completing law school and becoming a patent attorney, Michael obtained a Master’s Degree (PSM) in Nanoscience from Arizona State University. He hopes to one day have an MBA from the University of Mississippi. Michael has lived in Mississippi for only 2 years, but is already an active member of his church and volunteer in the Oxford community, particularly with the Yaknapatawpha Arts Council’s Big Bad Business Series. He currently has 2 daughters and 1 son, all under the age of 6 years old!
