Dr. Creston Burse

Dr. Creston Burse is a native of Jackson, MS and is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at MINACT, Inc. Dr. Burse leads, manages, and coordinates the IT operations for the corporate office, MINACT Logistics, and MINACT operated Job Corps Centers throughout the United States. Dr. Burse facilitates IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering strategy, foresight, innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT systems within the organization. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Mississippi State University, a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and Doctorate degree in Strategic Foresight. Dr. Burse is a Life Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., member of 100 Black Men of Jackson, a graduate of Mississippi Black Leadership Institute, and a graduate of Leadership Greater Jackson and current board member.
