LTC Andrew M. Ratcliffe, III, a native of Natchez, is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, and holds a Master’s Degree in Administration. He currently serves as the Facility Commander and UH-60 Blackhawk Maintenance Test Pilot at the 1108th TASMG in Gulfport. A Master Army Aviator with over 2,200 flight hours in fixed and rotary wing aircraft, LTC Ratcliffe has served in several key leadership positions within the Mississippi Army National Guard over his 23 year career. He has received numerous military decorations over his tenure and is the recipient of the One Coast Award for outstanding community leaders. A graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast, he serves on the Board for the Gulfport Chamber and is an active member of First Baptist Church of Gulfport. He resides in Gulfport with his wife, Dr. Jennifer Ratcliffe and their three children.
