Leadership Mississippi Holds First Session of 2018

Class of 2018 is the Largest in Program History

The Leadership Mississippi Class of 2018 got off to an exciting start on February 1-2 during the first session of 2018 in Jackson. The session served as an orientation for the upcoming year and featured state government leaders who provided insight on the functions and challenges of serving in that capacity.

The class heard from cartoonist and author Marshall Ramsey, Mississippi Supreme Court Justice James D. Maxwell II (Class of 07-08), MEC President & CEO Scott Waller, Maj. Gen. (Retired) Augustus L. Collins, Leadership Mississippi Chair, and other distinguished leaders

The next session for the Leadership Mississippi Class of 2017 will be held in Oxford on March 29-30, 2018.
