In the Executive MBA program, the students and faculty meet together on campus every-other weekend (Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon) for 16-months. The program is intense and rigorous and extremely rewarding. All students in the Executive MBA have at least 6 years of managerial experience, so the level of discourse is extremely high. The program also includes a required international component at the Millsaps facilities in Merida, the capital city of the Yucatan state in Mexico. Upon successful completion of the program, the students will receive a Masters of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College, the only AACSB accredited private business school in the state.
The tuition for the Executive MBA Program ($40,000 after the Leadership Mississippi Scholarship) includes room and board for the weekends on campus, all books and other materials, and the full cost of travel and room and board in the Yucatan.
The faculty at the Else School of Management is nationally recognized for excellence. In 2007, the MBA program at Millsaps was ranked #8 in the nation in the category of Best Professors by the Princeton Review. In 2008 and 2009, the MBA program at Millsaps was ranked #3 in the nation in the category of Best Classroom Experience by the Princeton Review.
